After moving into my new and smaller house, I realized I had 54 years of accumulated paraphernalia that still needed to be removed from the home I was selling. Sadie was the angel who took care of it. She moved, sold, donated, or disposed of it all so we could have the Open House. Gone were the extra plants, dishes, clothes, couches, dining tables, 12 filing cabinets, chests, tools, and bookcases. hundreds of books, boards, hardware, rugs, and the car!
Sadie handled all the details in the most Energetic, Thoughtful, Friendly, and Professional way. She even supervised when workers came to do repairs. She volunteered to do all these things even though I did not expect her to do them.
Sadie managed to turn what most people consider a sorrowful time into a Fantastic Experience for which I am forever grateful. Of course, this was in addition to selling the house well over asking.

Sadie Guichard, what a fabulous transformation! The selected colors are warm and complementary, and clearly consider this home is for a group of teenage boys. All the accessories – from the curtains and blinds to the framed sports photos and pillows – really add to the new “homey” atmosphere. And with the new configuration, the blinds remain open allowing the sunlight to filter through. And the television! It’s hard to get the kids away from it! With the cable connected and the fall sports scene in full swing, the guys are loving all the action on the screen. And thanks to your generosity they have the best seat in the house! The Director and her staff are raving about the makeover and all the extras that you and your team so generously provided to Roxbury House. The new dishes are a welcome addition, along with the great linens for the dining area and bedrooms. And the goody bags for each of the guys was a nice touch. Truly the success of our programs can be attributed not only to our dedicated staff but also to volunteers like you who go out of their way to ensure that the kids in our care realize they are part of a supportive community. Although I have known Sadie Guichard for quite some time in a business relationship and as well as a friend, I had not had the opportunity to work with her in real estate until recently. My husband and I were in the market for a new home and planning to sell our current residence. I asked her to show us some homes, while we were also working with her on getting our house on the market. She had many helpful suggestions for selling our home. She held a lot more open houses than I thought she would have time for, especially compared to the other open houses I saw scheduled on MLS. We were happy with the number of people who came to see the home. They have come from a variety of advertising and promotions that Sadie has placed and continually updated to react to the market and feedback. Meanwhile, we found the home of our dreams. Sadie got us in to see it, the same day and we made an offer right away. Sadie put the offer together in a very timely manner. The home purchase had some ins and outs that needed navigating and septic issues that had to be addressed.
